Park Avenue also provides a booking service for serviced apartments listed on our website. In order to provide customers with a quality booking service, Park Avenue offers customers the ability to make reservations through four different sales channels:

1. A central booking office provides a telephone reservations service.
2. In-person sales are available by completing a booking form in our Head Office.
3. An email booking form can be requested by phone and sent via email.

Park Avenue employees are required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal information held by Park Avenue as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal information.

Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to information which Park Avenue holds about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
