We have stringent cleaning routine which address a broad spectrum of viruses and our cleaning products are effective against viruses. We will continue to practice the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning of our apartments and townhouses, not limited to checking cleaning product specifications, ensuring that our vendors are doing thorough checks on linen and towels prior to delivery and working with building managers in managing the cleanliness of the common areas of our apartments.

The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of our areas with high movements are increased, especially our check in area, key-safe lock-box and our office. Our office staff are given direct updates internally and are well-informed on this matter, with information available on common areas in the office to ensure that everyone is on-board in practicing proper hand hygiene.


We have direct updates from the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria and we are closely monitoring World Health Organization statements on the coronavirus (COVID-19). All our in house guests have received the official publication by Department of Health and Human Services Victoria on reducing the risk of coronavirus and personal hygiene practices.



The impact of this pandemic is evident and we have adapted our policy to support our valued guests. We have updated our cancellation policy to allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date until further notice. Simply email us at to inform us or call us at 03 9590 6170. This applies for all direct bookings made with Park Avenue Accommodation Group via our official website or over the phone and email. If you have booked via third-party booking websites not limited to, Expedia, Agoda and etc, the cancellation policy of the third-party applies.



We are now open from 9AM-5PM from Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and Public Holidays. All general enquiries will be replied the next working day when we are closed. Our emergency number for our in-house guests are manned 24 hours/day and the number is 03 9590 6167. Call out fee may apply for non-emergency issues.
